Keith joined the Gibraltar Maritime Administration in 2012 as a Marine Surveyor. With over 30 years of experience within the industry, Keith’s role as a Port State Control Officer and Flag State surveyor / auditor ensures maritime standards on-board vessels and their companies are safely and effectively maintained within the international legal framework.
Keith holds Diplomas both in Ship Management and in Marine Surveying.
